  1. Pour the pancake batter mix (50g) into a bowl.

  2. Add 60-70ml of milk and 1 egg.

  3. Mix well until the batter becomes smooth.

  4. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and lightly grease if needed.

  5. Pour small portions of batter onto the pan to make 2–3 pancakes.

  6. Cook for 1–2 minutes until bubbles appear, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
